On submit, Telios assembles your case from more than the form: your latest Thrive Score, recent biomarkers from uploaded labs, a wearable summary, and the protocols you're already running. The clinician sees the whole picture.

An AI-drafted assessment
An LLM pipeline drafts a structured assessment — differential considerations and suggested interventions split into supplements, peptides, and medications, with links to the matching Aevum products. Every draft is labeled 'requires clinician review' and carries a confidence level.

A licensed clinician decides
The AI never prescribes. A licensed provider reviews the draft, edits or overrides it, and owns the final plan. The draft saves the clinician time; the judgment stays human.

A plan you can act on
Your plan ties back into Physiome and Aevum: supplements and peptides fulfill through the Aevum storefront, prescriptions through the prescriber, and everything shows up in your account.
